Options

ALERT Paging and Email Service -

This real-time service automatically pages your own alphanumeric pager, cellular phone, or wireless PDA with a detailed message as soon as something happens to one of your key bills. Best of all, you can easily pick and choose the bills using the Bill Tracking Service, select one of 6 levels of service depending on which actions you prefer to be paged, and support up to 9 different pagers from just one tracking file. If you are lobbying in multiple states and you are using a regional or national paging service, ALERT can also be configured to work concurrently with the paging services in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas so you can be paged anywhere if action happens on one of your bills in any of those states.

Campaign Finance -

This exclusive service tracks campaign contributions for all legislative races. Numerous reports can be generated and a variety of sort options are available. Information includes name, PAC, address, candidate, amount, filing period, date, party... Sorting methods include by date, amount, candidate name, election race, and zip code. There are three report styles to choose from including a brief, one-line report, a complete information report, and mailing labels. ATLAS -

ATLAS is the legislative analysis tool used by corporations, state agencies, associations and lobbyists to manage the expert comments from within your organization. ATLAS has five functions:

• Assign and deliver bill text to people
• Allow the on-line entry of comments and analysis on the bill
• Incorporate those comments into the live reports such as committee hearings, calendars, tracking reports,...
• Automatically send any subsequent bill versions to the analysts involved
• Provide a detailed audit trail of all activity including late notification
